French shoppers have increased opportunity to buy fish raised on Veramaris’ natural marine algal oil with high levels of EPA & DHA Omega-3

Researchers in Hawaii have successfully replaced fish oil in feed for farm-raised Kampachi, or Hawaiian yellowtail.

Just months after production first began, scientists have given Veramaris’ algal oil GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) approval.

In a recent study published by the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA), Pacific White Shrimp fed a diet containing Veramaris’ natural marine algal oil instead of fish oil had significantly higher survival rates for early mortality syndrome.
