Testing diets without fishmeal and fish oil for kampachi

Abstract

This study showed the potential for diets with zero fishmeal and fish oil to significantly reduce the footprint for carnivorous finfish production, with a focus on juvenile Seriola rivoliana, also known as kampachi or almaco jack.
